Force on Law and Justice

To
create awareness amongst the member companies about various Laws
concerning Trade and Indusrty has constituted a Task Force on Law
and Justice under
the chairmanship of Shri Lalit Bhasin, Sr. Advocate, Supreme Court
of India.

|
|
The
main objective of the Taskforce is to deal with the other branches
of Law such as ArbitrationAct, Patent
Act, Laws relating to Information & Technology, Infrastructure,
Power, Communication, IPR and Electricity Act.

In its very first year, the Task
Force has successfully organised the following activities
- Workshop on " Intellectual
Property Rights"
- Workshop on " Laws pertaining
to Food, Beverage & Hospitality Industry"
